En route between these major tourist attractions is RSPB reserve at Glan Conwy, the world famous National Trust Bodnant Gardens, the new Bodnant Welsh Food and Honey Centre, the old Market town of Llanrwst with it's famous bridge and Tu Hwnt i'r bont tearooms, and the Ffin y Parc Art Gallery.
From here on you enter Betws y Coed village, where the Gateway to Snowdonia National Park begins and you will find yourself surrounded by the majestic mountains. From the cottage enjoy the stunning views of the Conwy Valley and the Snowdonia mountains beyond from the conservatory, or sunbathe in the south facing fully enclosed private garden or enjoy a meal ‘al fresco’ on the patio which leads from the kitchen / diner.
In the winter months, you can relax in the comfortable lounge with a cosy woodburning fire and look out at the beautiful views of the rolling hillsides and the snow capped mountains beyond. Watch the Welsh sheep grazing in the fields surrounding the cottage and during the spring time see their little lambs playing. This is a very special place to enjoy Welsh country life at its very best.
There are 2 bedrooms – one kingsize double with luxury mattress and bedding and a very stylish twin bedroom (3ft beds) and a beautifully decorated bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
The kitchen/diner is very well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, ceramic hob, integrated fan oven and refrigerator with a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a large drying/airing cupboard.
All the rooms are very tastefully decorated, all colour co-ordinated with lots of lovely little touches that creates that luxurious but homely feel so that you settle in straight away.
